About Me

Suzanne Lawson, Managing Director of Lawson Coaching & Learning (LCL), is a qualified Executive Coach with extensive senior executive experience in delivering integrated human resource strategies to support individual, team and organisational development.

Her career spans roles in education, strategic human resource management, corporate strategy, and leadership development. She has post graduate qualifications in education, human resources, and organisation coaching and leadership.
